An End of an Era: Guest Destination is discontinued

We are sad to announce today that Guest Destination will cease support today. We felt that development was not moving in the direction that we wanted. It was painful and happy 3 years (more happiness, though). We must thank all the users and people who were subscribed to the service. All support portals, including call-in support, email, web help will also be discontinued.

We released today the final and last update for Guest Destination (Dynamic Update 4), we updated APIs with ACT Baseboard 2.2 (give a last hurrah), new shutdown sequence (smoother shutdown), and a bunch of other fixes to make it somewhat usable for now… (Hopefully no bugs left… There probably is…)

Guest Destination will continue to work normally after support ends today, but you won’t receive any new updates. (If you find a bug, too bad… 😦 )

If you still have an active subscription, your subscription was automatically canceled, you will not be charged. If you were charged, contact support to get your refund.

ACT Product Update (for Guest Destination) will be inactive, we will remove the service completely (for Guest Destination) in 2018.

Find a way or a destination for your guests, in the future.
